## How ordering works

1. The customer submits a request at https://cakeofeden.co.uk/order (bake, size, flavours, dietary needs, design ideas, collection date and time slot, contact details).
2. They immediately receive an order reference (format COE-XXXXX) and a private tracking link.
3. Emily reviews the request, confirms details with the customer and sets a price.
4. The tracking link then shows a PayPal button. Paying confirms the order.
5. The customer collects the order in Aberdeen at the agreed time.
