1. Requests and quotes
Submitting the order form sends a request. It isn't a confirmed order. Emily will review your request, confirm the details and availability with you, and send you a price through your private order link.
2. Payment and confirmation
Your order is confirmed once you've accepted the quote and paid in full through the PayPal button on your order link (or another method agreed with Emily). Until payment is received, your collection date isn't reserved. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
3. Changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel a request free of charge at any time before you pay.
- After payment, please get in touch as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 7 days before your collection date, we'll refund you in full.
- Because every bake is made to order and ingredients are bought in advance, cancellations within 7 days of collection may not be refundable. We'll always try to be fair, and you can move your date if we have availability.
4. Collection
Orders are for collection only, from our home kitchen in Aberdeen. The address is shared once your order is confirmed. Please arrive within your agreed time slot. Once collected, bakes are your responsibility, so transport them flat and keep them cool.
5. Allergens and dietary options
We offer vegan and gluten-free options, but our home kitchen handles common allergens and we can't guarantee any bake is free from traces. Please tell us about any allergies when ordering. Allergen information is provided with every order.
6. Handmade finishes
Every bake is made and decorated by hand, so small variations in colour, piping and decoration from photos or inspiration images are part of their charm. Where a specific item isn't available, we'll use the closest alternative and let you know.
7. Photos
We love sharing our work and may post photos of your bake on our website or social media. We never show personal details. If you'd rather we didn't, just let us know.
8. If something isn't right
Please contact us within 24 hours of collection with photos, and we'll do our best to put things right. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
